Mental health starts at the top Attitudes and actions of leadership can significantly influence the mental health environment within the organization. Managers who take the lead on destigmatizing mental health issues can transform their organizational culture. Beckers Turkey hosted a strategy session that focused on the mental health training for our managers. The day was filled with insightful sessions and engaging activities. The highlight of the day was a special session led by a master instructor of the Buteyko Breathing Method and Oxygen Advantage. Accompanied by the soothing sounds of nature, she conducted a breathing therapy session for all participants. She showcased how we can reduce stress in our lives through correct breathing techniques. She also emphasized the positive impact that effective breathing can have not only in our professional lives but also in our personal lives.
