🌱 Responsible Sourcing: My 20+ Years Perspective 🌍 After two decades in the world of Supply Chain and Procurement, one truth has never been clearer: companies have a dual responsibility when it comes to responsible sourcing. 🌿 On one side, businesses must diligently manage their own carbon footprint. Sustainability isn't just a buzzword; it's an obligation. We must consume resources wisely, reduce waste, and nurture our planet for future generations. 🌐 But there's another dimension to this responsibility. In the intricate web of global commerce, companies must extend their gaze to their supply chains. Just as we manage our own carbon footprint, we should ensure that our suppliers do the same.
