Seeking a network that will enable, encourage and empower? Then Emergent Generation is for you! Emergent Generation membership is free. Our diverse audience includes young farmers, growers, researchers, advisers, students, career changers and foodies, and folk from across the sustainability, supply chain and policy world. All are welcome (find a note on the 'join us' page of our website if you're keen to get involved and over 35). We have our first regional event of the year incoming too! Details below. Please share around your networks we'd love to see faces old and new. On April 27th and 28th a group of Em Genr's will travel to #Derbyshire to see 2 pioneering #regenerative farms. First, we will visit Buxton Micro Dairy, in the #PeakDistrict where we will meet with Alistair and Conor to hear about their regenerative transition as new entrant farmers. This will be a great opportunity to learn about their calf- at-foot dairy enterprise, and about their successes with natural weaning. We will then make our way to Woven Earth to see a living example of holistic landscape management where we will learn from Miriam MacDonald about the productive nodes of regeneration and ecological restoration.
