It’s not every day you get to be part of something that feels like the future. After working with the HeyGen team for a few months, I knew joining full-time was the right next step in my career. SKOs are not for tech training, product roadmap updates, comp plan changes, an hour walking through this year's marketing strategy or that deep competitive landscape update. All of those are important but can be done just as effectively in a remote format. If that was the entire agenda, would you spend the money to get everyone together in one place? Likely not.
