No clever earworms today. I hope the Labor Day weekend was good for you and yours. Riffing off this subject, take a moment to ask yourself: Does your organization have a business continuity plan (e.g., loss of power at the office)? What are our procedures if one of our employees is under threat in the workplace (e.g., disgruntled spouse, belligerent customer)? On Thursday I finished an online course entitled "Security Awareness Fundamentals" which includes such questions as above. Imagine the déjà vu I experienced when someone close to me found themselves under physical threat at their (retail) place of employment. No harm came to this person, but what I thought was notable is both the manager on duty as well has as security personnel on premise were at a loss regarding what their company's standard operating procedure was. Know your SOPs, folks. Someone being under physical threat is no time for on-the-job learning. We now return you to the rest of 2024 with 17 weeks left to get all those things you promised your boss(es) you would get done.
As we enjoy this long weekend, let's take a moment to honor the hard work and dedication of workers across the nation. Whether you're spending the day relaxing with family and friends or reflecting on the achievements of the labor movement, remember that every job contributes to the strength and prosperity of our communities. Happy Labor Day! 🌟💪

The Harsh Dual labor Market World in the modern Slavery. _No one is coming..._ No one is coming in this sigh of the oppressed creature, the heart of a heartless world, and the soul of soulless conditions. We are blind, we can't see, we don't know what is there tomorrow. We just have hope for a brighter future. All we are doing is work with the minimum wage we got. We must have a vision to see beyond the Mountains but all we see are the Mountains in front of us In fear of the unknown.. Tomorrow. The dual labor market is very harsh and merciless. We are in a dark world where good deeds no longer pay off. Hard work alone is nothing, a world where who you know is now more important than what you know A world where honey and milk is a dream, success a utopian dream. Let's make a promise to ourselves that we will not stop until fairness, empathy and loyalty becomes a trend again. Lads no one is coming on your door step to rescue you. Let's change the matrix of the heartless world, and fight and rise up for ourselves. Everything takes dedication, consistently and hard work. HARD WORK ALONE NOLONGER PAYS.

Today is Labor Day. What is it? It’s annual celebration of the achievements of American workers. It is only due to the efforts, work, and contributions of so many that we are where are today. It’s easy to celebrate the results. It is not as easy to celebrate the efforts, yet they are the true cause for celebration. They are many people that put in effort, time, energy, and money. The question is, where are you investing it? Do you want more in your relationship with your family, your partner? Do you want more financial stability? Do you want more success in your goals and missions? You only reap what you sow, so make sure to sow and labor in why you love and what you want more of. Happy Labor Day!
