Does your café, restaurant, club, pub or bar charge a percentage fee or surcharge on public holidays or weekends? Make sure you follow the rules about public holiday and weekend surcharges. 🏷️ The public holiday or weekend surcharge must be clearly displayed on a menu or some other prominent signage. 🏷️ The surcharge must state ‘” a surcharge of [percentage] applies on [day or days]”. 🏷️ You need to ensure you make your customers aware that they’ll be paying a public holiday or weekend surcharge before they decide to order or purchase.

Bar restaurant ideas As you can see, the cocktail menu has a simple description to share alcoholic beverages’ sweetness and sour rates & high ABV (alcohol by volume) and low ABV. It might assist bartenders in reducing ments to recommend cocktails based on the customers’ preferences. (I know. how it is painful to explain a lot of times daily.. since I have worked as a cashier to handle 100-200+ customers per day at two restaurants) And the customers are also able to choose their drinks after seeing this chart. I could say this is a good idea because there’s some moment when a bartender recommended a drink and I ordered that but it didn’t match with my preference. Since I have studied wine and tasting at FSU. This table looked like great service to the customer. *might be good if they have a best order menu item list at least three options for.. explorers 🫶
