It's Eating Disorder Awareness Week, and I figured I'd kick it off by highlighting some things I wish we could stop saying about food and bodies. 😵💫 From 'good' and 'bad' food labels to 'before and after' weight transformations, these narratives perpetuate harmful ideals and contribute to disordered eating behaviors and body dissatisfaction. It's time to challenge these harmful norms and cultivate a more compassionate and inclusive dialogue around food and body image. These phrases may seem harmless but they can perpetuate harmful beliefs and contribute to disordered eating. To be honest about how I really feel: can we just stop commenting on other people's bodies? What would you add to this list? Comment below! 👇 #EDAW #BodyPositivity #eatingdisorderawarenessweek #eatingdisorderhelp

With the right support, you'll be able to find your way to a healthy and happy life. #eatingdisorderawareness
