This is a vital listen to anyone doing marketing for smaller, localized restaurants. A few great takeaways - Make sure you're locally optimized. Most people look for restaurants near me in their search engine. If you're not there, you don't exist. Gatekeep your wifi. Make it free, but make it count towards your data collection. With loyalty or bounceback offers - incentivize habitulization or a change in delivery method (from dine-in to To Go, from 3rd party to 1st party). That's a really interesting way to go about it.
