Hello, 7 months ago, a 6-month Beinconnect Fan package was given to me as a gift company Digiturk in Turkey. Last monht message was sent to me saying "YOU NEED TO CALL TO CONTINUE WATCHING" for the expired gift package.I didn't want the gift membership to continue and that's why I didn't call.. I learned that I was invoiced. After the problem I had with Digiturk years ago, I did not have a relationship with you for years. I do not accept this situation that I encountered just when I was saying "enough is enough, one more time". I do not find it ethical, neither in humane terms nor commercially, to carry out such a transaction without informing me (please do not say that it is written in the gift package conditions etc.). Even companies such as YouTube and Amazon, which we criticize as companies of the capitalist order, do not take such action after giving gift memberships. I received a Youtube Premium membership as a gift at least 3 times for different transactions and I have never been subjected to this treatment. Since you obliged me, I called and canceled the membership that came from the gift package. I request the cancellation of the invoice of 209 TL with the due date of 16/07/2024 and I do not accept this invoice.

I have been facing injustice by Digiturk since May. Despite speaking with customer service hundreds of times and sending two emails, no action has been taken to resolve the issue. I have been unfairly billed, and despite sending documents proving my objections, I have not received any positive or negative response. There is no one to address the issue, and no one can be found. My TV broadcasts have been unethically cut off. I see that this is part of your company’s culture, at least in Turkey, where none of your employees take responsibility and are, in my opinion, paid for nothing. The issue stems from process management, lack of supervision, and insensitivity towards customers. If you look at the complaints about your company, you will see this. I am reporting this complaint in the hope that you have customer sensitivity and business ethics. I request that you address my grievances and take responsibility for ensuring that your Turkey office adopts a modern, ethical structure.
