It was really exciting to meet for the first industry advisory group of the Aston Institute for Membrane Excellence. The institute is a centre of excellence for membrane technologies that draws together deep expertise in biological, bio-inspired, and polymer-based membranes, to address applications across fields from medicine to energy, and bioteechnology. AIME will drive development of novel technologies that transform industry through advanced performance, improved lifespan and recyclability of membrane technologies.
Today we held our first industry advisory group meeting here at Aston University. Many thanks to our advisory group of Dr Jen Vanderhoven (chair), Kirk Malone, John Williams, Mark Corbett and Jonathan Haigh who contributed today! We really value your insights and input, and we look forward to working with you all going forward!
