Enforcing tribunal-ordered interim measures is not always straightforward, as one recent Supreme Court of 🇨🇦 judgment on which I commented on the Wolters Kluwer: International Arbitration & Mediation Blog demonstrates. Having a clear legislative framework (like the one described in the 2006 UNCITRAL: United Nations Commission on International Trade Law Model Law) can certainly help.
