Some personal experiences from working with customers and people, the best there is. 💪 Experiences, regardless of what they are and how they come up is something we all need to embrace. Working directly with customers and sales the last 10 years has taught me that the human 2 human meeting is something to cherish. That’s why I love working with customers and specifically sales, solving other customers problems with them. As we in Netigate acquire the leading Finnish CX company Lumoa I have thought about some of the most memorable customer meeting and projects I have had in the last 5 years. From paving our way to a customer outside of Oslo in the middle of a snowstorm, arriving completely covered from top to toe in snow only to find out that our customer couldn’t even get into the office. We had a teams call from the customers office with the customer being at home, that was a memorable experience with my former manager Oliver Vaage. From travelling down to the southern part of Sweden visiting one of our most forward-thinking companies in Sweden within camera and surveillance. Discussing developments, feedback, improvements in our collaboration, all to be better at our jobs, me and the best CSM I’ve ever worked with Erik Terzi. To taking the flight over to either Bergen in Norway, or Frankfurt in Germany visiting customers within retail, transportation, banking all to shake hands and looking a person in the eyes, experiences. To numerous and numerous of meetings (probably 300+ at this point in time) with a leading Nordic bank together with my friend Edvard Oddfors to implement their customer touchpoint surveys reaching over 10+ million customers a year, I’m so proud of that achievement.
