Building for our collective future has never been more important. Our major cities are growing rapidly, and the demand for land development is at an all-time high. Last week, the Property Council of Australia brought together property developers and utilities providers, including our Australian Energy Lead Stephanie McGregor, to explore the challenges of urban sprawl. Panelists included Charlotte Alexander from Sydney Water, Mike W. from nbn® Australia and Richard Seddon from Mirvac.   In Sydney, greenfield developments are increasing demand for reliable water, power, and communications and data infrastructure. Planning delays create frustrating and expensive setbacks.
