Looking for effective learning and professional growth for your team? The whole team needs to partake to be effective, rather than just the leaders. Lately, I have tried to support team synchronous learning events (watching recorded webinars or LinkedIn short courses) and it is a really fun experience that helps with memory recall/retention, joy at work, and a sense of connection. You just need a prepared facilitator...and as many participants as you can get. #leadership #professionaldevelopment
