Using a T50 Star Drive wrench you can securely connect AND conceal a M16 bolt within your timber post. Only if its a VUEBOLT. Using a T-Blade post support, place the female bolt in first and then tighten the male until fully engaged - that's it. At any point once they are threaded together the centre axis between the two bolts have an equal amount of thread to the centre component - which means it meets strict mechanical strength requirements. A smart, smooth finish - on BOTH sides of the timber post.

Taking into account the need to ensure maximum stiffness of the wheel itself when working at relatively high air flow rates (significant force acting on the wheel surface), we apply a structure based on double-sided spokes made of rectangular aluminum profiles. Set in grooves using an additional carefully selected elastic adhesive, they guarantee the stiffness of the wheel structure, and thus full stability of its position in the entire ERW housing. The spokes are welded at one end to the wheel hub and at the other to the outer ring of the wheel.
