Labour Day May-1 Wishing all fellow Labour workers a very Happy , Safe Work Practices Labour Day . Actually Labour is a term which is widely understood as efforts put in by Humans to do certain activities, which transforms input in a desired output . During this process there is a change happening in Raw materials to Finish Product . This is nothing but Value Addition . Say, a Round Bar as a Raw Material, changing its shape to form as a Shaft for some equipment is a Value addition . If we observe minutely , Value addition is done at stages where there is a physical or process treatment change , all this is done majorly by Human Efforts supported by Machinery and Equipment, Human Efforts therefore are the major stake holders of Value addition and hence they have to be respected the most. Labour is a common terminology because it is associated with Humans , but I will call you as Value Adders that sounds more appropriate. On this note , I would like to Wish all our fellow Value Adders a Very Happy , Safe and Proseprous Labour Day .

👷 NATIONAL SAFE DIGGING WEEK! ⛏️ Here at BOA Plant; we recognise National Safe Digging Week 2024 – week commencing Monday 8th July. This week deliberately falls during the UK’s busiest time for digging, with July statistically the highest risk month for excavating. Projects involving any type of digging is at it’s peak, so what better time to bring awareness and focus to the dangers of digging without crucial safety checks and the importance of searching before you dig. UK law says you must prevent danger to workers in or near excavations, to maintain the required precautions, a competent person must inspect excavation supports or battering at the start of the working shift and at other specified times. No work should take place until the excavation is safe. No matter how big or small your project, from major construction to revamping your garden, safe digging is an absolute necessity. It is important to know what is beneath you, as well as overhead; ground conditions; nearby structures; trees; wildlife, to mention just a few important considerations BEFORE any ground is broken.
