Recently I put my thoughts on paper about communication between CAMO and PART-145. Wrote it based on my experience from both sides, which led to the current process we use at Jet Story.

Customers expect swift responses to enquiries, seamless booking experiences, and competitive pricing. However, the industry struggles with outdated processes, particularly in the realm of charter quotations and pricing. Price inqiries and calculations often remain a tedious dance of manual work burdened by time-consuming back-and-forth communication and limited access to real-time data. A key challenge lies in the the outdated process of price inquiries and manual calculations.
Imagine a system that could automate this entirely, factoring in strategic, tactical, pricing, seasonal, and other decision-making criteria pre-defined by the operator. Empty legs - a potential source of cost savings and, moreover, an opportunity for a quadrilateral win situation where not only operator, borker and end customer are on the advantage, but this directly supports environment - are automatically factored into calculation, further enhancing value for brokers and their clients.
