And that’s a wrap for Quirk's NYC! It feels a little like we’ve been at summer camp for a few days — we’ve made new friends, played fun games, and learned a lot from the fantastic presentations. We look forward to connecting with our Quirk's friends again when we're back in the real world. If we missed “kliking” with you in person, please hit the 🔔. Thanks for a great conference, Dan Quirk. We're already planning for next year! #StayCool #FaceToFaceMRX #TheBellomyWay

I know I have been silent for a while now. It's because lots of things are changing at Kyrie Studios! Of course, for the better. What's changing? Most of our backend systems, mainly. This means much better workflow, organization and many less questions will need answered. With Pantheon Rift coming to a close and a new chapter starting, I cannot wait until we progress. Something I have learned as my time as the CEO/Founder of Kyrie Studios, patience. Patience is a major thing when owning/running your own studio. While expecting constant change for the ever evolving systems and even games. Great job everyone for everything you have done and will do for us. You all are amazing at what you do and let's take this new direction and make the best games possible with these amazing systems. #indiestudiorevolution

This game is an outstanding testament to what brings people to games: a deep and meaningful story combined with real person communication and interaction. If you look at some of the most successful games over the past 3 to 4 years, the continued theme throughout them all is the ability to interact with our friends, strangers, partners, etc. in new and exciting ways (think of Fortnite being the most accessible battle royale and revolutionizing the genre, Among Us providing a new way to play with large groups of friends). In 2022, my wife and I played this game for the first time. We had been married for two years at that point, and had just gone through the hardest year of our marriage. While this game didn’t save it, it did help us learn how to communicate better with each other and work towards getting back to a better place in our relationship. What we find as we get older is that there is no cookie cutter model for communication. It’s not a “one size fits every relationship” sort of thing. Everyone communicates differently with everyone, and the best communicators are the ones that realize that sooner. This game, along with some of the most successful games of recent history, provides an opportunity for you to learn how to communicate more effectively with someone that you likely already have a relationship with. This is the perfect game for longtime friends, new partners, or anyone who just wants to get to know someone better. I cannot say enough good things about this game and I hope that studios make more like it. Do you have any niche examples of ways to communicate in your world? Sports, tech, hobbies… they all have such intricate worlds that not everyone gets insight into. Share them here so we can talk about them!
The incredible 2021 Game Of The Year, It Takes Two has now sold over 16 million units. That's 32 million players that have had a blast playing this game together as Cody and May! 🤯 A well deserved milestone for Hazelight Studios, a close partner and friend of Electronic Arts (EA) 🥂

IS THIS A GOOD BUSINESS DEAL? The Knicks paid me $4,000 to make Go New York Go… after I paid for the studio, my lawyer, the studio, engineer, singer, producer it COST ME $4,800 to record it It was the best business deal I ever did. I would have paid the Knicks $4,000 to do the song. Go New York Go became the most requested song on New York radio and I created a whole business around writing theme songs for sports teams. The song is still played during Knicks games. Ask yourself: What is it that you love to do... and what are you good at…? And see where that overlaps.
