TEEFEY & SELENA GOMEZ-Rare-SuperStar WonderMind.com*SelenaGomez.com I ABSOLUTELY SEE NOTHING WRONG WITH CRYPTOCURRENCY. I CAN UNDERSTAND WHY THE INFANT DEMOCRATIC-CAPITALISTIC MINDS OF TODAY BLAME THE USA GOVERNMENT. THAT SAID THEN IS ANY GOVERNMENT TO BE BLAMED FOR THE HOMELESS PROBLEMS PLAGUING THE WORLD.?... NO. GOD KNOWS ALL THE HEADACHES USA GOVERNMENT HAVE WITH THE FOREIGN AFFAIRS. THE NEW WORLD IS PRACTICALLY A SHOCK TO WITNESS. PEOPLE "ONLY WORKING" TOGETHER FOR A COMMON GOAL... "IN THE PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS." THUS DOESN'T THAT ALSO INCLUDE THE HOMELESS. THE HOMELESS ARE OUT THERE... ARE YOU.? HOMELESS A OPPORTUNITY MISUNDERSTOOD..... The modern economic system is a market economy, which is a capitalist economy where people, not the government--NOT THE GOVERNMENT--own most businesses. In a capitalist economy, prices allocate capital and labor between competing uses, and capital assets like factories, mines, and railroads can be privately owned and controlled. https://lnkd.in/eB98Jnv9 GOOGLE. EXAMPLE, IF YOU NEED TO RAISE MONEY FOR ANY REASON OR MORE SO LETS SAY THE "HOMELESS" PROBLEM WHICH IS BELIEVED TO BE TIME & MONEY CONSUMING BUT IN ONE DIRECTION TOWARD THE HOMELESS. HOWEVER CRYPTOCURRENCY CAN POSSIBLE ALLOWS AN EXPENDITURE OF CURRENCY TO BENEFIT ALL WHO USES THE CRYPTO & REGARDLESS OF HOW IT'S CONSUMED. THEREFORE IF A CRYPTO "HOMELESS" CURRENCY EXISTED IT'S MORE HIGHLY LIKELY THAT THE HOMELESS PROBLEM CAN BE VANQUISHED BECAUSE CURRENCY-FINANCES IT'S ALWAYS AVAILABLE TO BE TAPPED INTO FOR HOMELESS RESOLUTIONS. Need SEO Talent? We help firms find the best SEO talent globally through our Golden Recruitment Formula.
One of the biggest things to look out for when hiring... When you’re hiring don’t get starry eyed at the company name someone’s worked at. Fancy company name. Fancy titles. They mean nothing. Find out what someone’s done in the real world. Someone who’s failed time and time again with a project. Built determination and grit. Someone who’s in the trenches and learning everyday. This is why having an in-depth vetting process is a must. Hiring someone because they come from a fancy company or job title doesn’t cut it. P.s Also don't hire someone because they reminded you of your younger self.

I’ve been hiring people for over 10 years, and I can tell you that: 1. Personality is the most important trait in an employee. If that’s dialed in, they figure out almost anything else. 2. Everything else is less important. Unless the role is extremely technical and needs high skill immediately, hiring for personality wins. If you’re in a hiring role, take a chance on someone who has the right attitude but is lacking in experience. You won’t regret it.

A good candidate experience often starts with clear communication and respect for the applicant's time and effort. For example, the post by Adam Broda highlights the importance of treating candidates well, emphasizing that company culture extends beyond office perks to how candidates are treated during the hiring process. This includes timely communication, feedback, and a transparent hiring process, which can significantly impact a candidate's perception of a company.

Company: “We’re hiring; we’re People 1st, join us!” Me: “I interviewed 7X, drove to your office, wrote a paper, and then you ghosted me” Company: “Uhhhh….We are hiring, and have amazing snacks and nap pods in the office!” 🚩🚩🚩 Great company culture isn’t ping-pong tables, high-rises, free food, and nap pods. The ‘candidate experience’ is someone’s first exposure to how your company treats people. Prioritize it. If you don’t, it will come back around. #studentvoices #careertips #jobsintech #jobsearchstrategies

Dean Elkholy I would disagree with you on this as in my opinion personality is something that you get to know once you have started working with the person and not before that. How can you evaluate a person's personality in a 50-minute interview? You can only make a good guess. Factors like work ex and knowing somebody can vouch for personality traits like team player, hardworking, or having a good attitude. Yeah!! maybe taking risks with the candidates here and there can work in your favor but that should be experimental and should only be done if they outshine in a particular segment.

Most organizations treat their candidates as inconsequential components of their people process and mostly leave them to grovel for feedbacks by ghosting them entirely. This act alone shows how deficient most corporate entities are in emotional intelligence and people management.
