One of the things I feel most proud of as a leader is fitting more candles on these Oniversary cakes 🎂 When we talk about retention, we often speak to how it helps a business’s profitability and yada yada yada. But on the other side of it is a human who has a secure job, where they feel valued, cared for, challenged, and supported. It’s a job that doesn’t fill them with dread or misery. It’s a team that enjoys working together, that doesn’t feel like their hours at work are wasted.
