Chrysalis is a nearly 40-year-old nonprofit committed to helping individuals overcome employment barriers by offering a job-readiness program, individualized supportive services, and paid transitional employment. This year, Chrysalis assisted 3,000 clients in securing employment through their transitional programs or direct hire partnerships with companies in the community.
