Would I want my daughter to follow me into the insurance industry? Honestly, I'm not sure. When a colleague asked me this, it made me reflect on my journey. The insurance industry isn't exactly the most popular career choice—it’s often misunderstood. But for me, it’s been more than just a job. It’s given me the financial freedom and flexibility to spend precious time with my family. The question, though, isn’t whether I’d want her to join my business. It’s whether I’ve given her the clarity and confidence to choose her own path—whatever that may be. I’ve realised that my career isn’t the legacy I leave behind; it’s a tool to build the life I want for my family. My legacy is my family. And I want my daughter to have the same freedom to design her life, with or without the insurance industry. How about you—have you thought about what legacy you’re building? Is it tied to your career, or is it something more? #CareerReflection #LegacyBuilding #InsuranceIndustry #FamilyFirst

You’re leaving a full-time job... to be an insurance agent? That’s what my mum said more than 25 years ago, when I made the decision to quit my stable corporate role to join the financial advisory industry. To her, it felt like a step down. Why did I go to university only to end up as a sales person that peddles insurance policies? In many people's eyes, insurance is seen as something you don’t need a degree for. The commission-based nature of the job, without a steady salary, only adds to the scepticism. And then there's that fear that the family will lose face if you end up selling to relatives and friends. It’s understandable that my mum didn’t understand why I made the switch. But to me, financial advisory was never just about selling policies or chasing commissions. It’s about building trust and creating meaningful relationships with clients. Yes, it’s difficult work, and there’s a lot of ground to cover. But the impact we have on people’s lives, helping them secure their future, is what makes this career so fulfilling. Over time, my mum has come to see the value in what I do as I showed her that I could provide for the family. My brother also decided to join me as a financial adviser. Sometimes, the leap that others don’t understand is exactly the one you need to take. 💡 #FinancialAdvisory #PeopleFirst #PersonalGrowth #finexisadvisory

Do you believe fulfillment in your insurance career is truly possible? For years, I didn’t even think it existed. I believed a well-paying job was good enough. One single mistake nearly cost my insurance career. (And I don’t want it to happen to you.) I had done well in my career. Watching my skillset grow in real time. Getting experience in new areas. Seeing my salary skyrocket. Wearing nice titles. Perfect, right? Not even close. Something was off. And I couldn’t shake it. I wasn’t creating impact. Nor moving with purpose. In the way I thought I would. I wasn’t pouring from a full cup. Which left me dissatisfied. Frustrated. Stuck. Even worse – I considered giving up. The industry didn’t need me. So, I constantly moved in circles. Until I started working on these 3 things: [1] Flipping my support system. I reserved spots only for people: Walking paths I admired. With ACTUAL tools to help me. While inspiring healthy habits for growth. [2] Deepening the relationship with myself. I used more of my time: Understanding my strengths. Redefining standards of success. Getting acquainted with present-day me. [3] Overhauling my brand. No longer sitting back, I focused on: Identifying my assets. Carving out my brand identity. Attracting the right opportunities. I started small, focused on consistency. Now, I can pour from a full cup. Because I made bold moves for my future. You can have this in your insurance career, too. Get the help you need. Don't allow things to fester. You deserve to be fulfilled in your career. --------- Like what you see? 5 years ago, I made a lateral move to a different role. 1 week later, I regretted the decision. By that point: I considered leaving insurance altogether. Which is even more puzzling because I had success: • Redefining teams. • Seeing my skills catapult. • Solving high-exposure problems. • Building up an expertise, valued at a premium. I got so caught up in the hype of: • Bonuses. • Designations. • Leadership praise. • Constant advancement. I missed the realization that: I was successful on paper – But burnt out and miserable internally. I lost track of what was important to me: Balance and impact. • So, I tried to find what was right. • But I didn’t know where to turn. • Work was piling up to my ears. • Doubts came in large waves. • Questions left unanswered. Everything felt out of place. I attempted to adapt. But the uncertainty was always there. So, what does this mean for you? Well you might hear things like: → “Know your strengths.” → “Seek mentors for guidance.” → “Network more to open new doors.” Trust me, that’s good advice. But you also need to understand: → What are you moving toward? → Is your destination crystal clear? → Are you driving your career aligned? Because here’s the reality of it: You spend too much of your time working. You run the risk of wasting more and more time, When you move without purpose in your career. It took me years to realize what was missing, And know how to get a role in the industry, That checked off every one of my boxes. But once I did – everything fell into place. The same can happen for you. Remember: Your time is precious. Don’t sit in a role any longer unfulfilled. Align your career. Watch everything fall into place. P.S. Ready to find your aligned role in the next 30 days? DM me “Coverage” and I’ll send you the details. P.P.S. There are only 2 days left to take advantage of the exclusive bonuses I’m offering to the first 3 insurance professionals who get accepted into my program. Details are in the comments 👇🏽

You’re unsure what’s next for your insurance career. But it’s rarely a lack of options that’s the problem. It’s actually your inability to align: → Who YOU truly are. → What YOU badly want. → How YOU meet your needs. And tie it all seamlessly in your career. Plus, if you’re off on even 1 of these.. You’re simply limiting your own fulfillment. Ready to have clarity on your next role? Here are 3 things to consider to get you on track: [1] Locate distractions and diminishers. Distractions put you on hold (e.g., a degree) Diminishers limit your fulfillment (e.g., your pay) Both affect your time, money, and energy. When you’re clear on these… You can move in a different direction… EASIER. [2] Understand lingering fears and doubts. Whether it be: → Fear of success. → Fear of judgment. → Fear of starting over. Or anything else… Break through them to move forward. [3] Zoom out to get the big picture for your career. → What is the ultimate goal? → What legacy do you want to leave? → What outcomes do you want to see in 3 years? 5 years? Make sure what you do next fits into your big picture. Remember, you’re in more control than you think. Reflecting on my journey, transitioning from banking to the insurance industry was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. What started as a leap of faith has turned into a career that I truly love and one that has helped me grow both personally and professionally. Working in insurance has been more than just a job—it’s been an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping individuals and businesses protect what matters most to them. Every day, I get to solve complex challenges, provide peace of mind, and collaborate with some of the brightest minds in the field. This industry has not only skyrocketed my career but has also deepened my appreciation for resilience, innovation, and the value of risk management. I’m incredibly grateful for the mentors, colleagues, and experiences that have shaped my path. To anyone considering a career pivot: sometimes the best opportunities lie in the unexpected. For me, insurance was that unexpected door that opened to a world of possibilities—and I couldn’t be happier. Here’s to finding passion in what you do and being proud of the work you contribute to every day! #CareerGrowth #InsuranceIndustry #CareerPivot #ProfessionalJourney #RiskManagement #PassionForInsurance #Gratitude #CareerSuccess #BankingToInsurance #MentorshipMatters

Are you leading on the outside but feeling lost on the inside? You feel stuck in your leadership because you don't follow what you already sense deep inside. I understand this feeling. Years ago, I was stuck for far too long in a leadership position in the insurance industry. I worked in the fascinating area of art and monument insurance - a field I truly loved. I built teams from scratch, and we succeeded year after year. On the surface, everything seemed perfect. But inside, I felt something was off. I knew there had to be more to life. I felt I was meant for something greater. The reason I was stuck: I simply didn’t know what to do next. My mind kept telling me that if I could just figure out what I wanted, I’d take the next step. The reality is, if you spend 8 to 10 hours a day in a job that doesn’t fulfill your needs, it’s nearly impossible to move forward because you’re constantly running on empty. At the same time, 15 years in employment, I recognized that the way we worked was taking a toll on our health - both mentally and physically. And it wasn’t just affecting us; our private lives with family and friends were suffering too. I found myself paralyzed by indecision. Nothing moved forward. I was simply going through the motions day by day. Then one day, on a Friday in March 2017, a coincidence made the decision for me. My team and I had a major conflict with our management. That evening, I decided to quit my job. Looking back, this situation was a gift. It forced me to make a decision that was long overdue. I took a year off to figure out what I truly wanted. After an intense period of deep self-reflection and research, I founded my own company with a clear vision: To build a company I truly enjoy and love and to be in service with my unique qualities for my clients. Now, eight years later, I wouldn’t necessarily recommend quitting your job without a plan. It was the right step for me and for my vision, but it might not be the best approach for everyone. What I hope you take away from this is that if something feels off, it usually is. Trust your feelings. I hope you start following your vision. Sometimes your vision starts with "I want something different for my life!" And if you’re struggling to find the answer or take action, let’s connect. I’ve been where you are, and I know how transformative it can be to have someone who understands your journey. Together, we can explore how to move from where you are now to where you truly want to be.

2 days ago, I heard one comment over a call. And it told me so much: “I wish I would have known sooner.” Have you ever said anything like this before? I'm sure I've said these words, Likely more times than I know. But it’s a powerful reminder that when you: • Trust your intuition, • See that you deserve more, • Make the leap to step into your purpose, • Take advantage of opportunities placed before you, That you can then turn your career into actual substance. A vehicle that allows you to live the life you truly want. But here’s the thing: The longer you wait and stand around, the more you: • Sit in a role dissatisfied. • Miss out on best-fit opportunities. • Remain thirsty for purpose and impact. • Go home feeling empty despite your hard work. That’s why it’s crucial to act before it’s too late. Sure, you might be able to do it alone. That’s what most people think. But you won’t be able to reach real success without: • Narrowing your focus. • Fully aligning your career. • Committing 100% to the journey. • And having a tailored strategy the entire way. Don’t be like most people. Your career and livelihood are too precious. With my 1:1 program Full Coverage, I make 1 promise to every client: -- I guide you to align, -- Your career with purpose, -- And am there every step of the way, -- To land you a role full of impact and value. Every step is intentional. No more wasted efforts. This isn’t something you want to delay. Can you afford to wait until it’s too late? P.S. There are TWO more spots left in my Full Coverage program before I convert to a waitlist. I have 2 calls booked so far. I don’t work with everyone, so you still have time to claim your spot. DM me “Coverage” and leave no regrets on the table. And there is still 1 day left for you to take advantage of the game-changing bonus I’m offering this week. Details are in the comments. #fullcoverage #pursuewhatmatters #WOC #insurance #careers
