Fifth Year MEng Automotive Engineering Student at the University of Warwick | Former Engineering and Technology Intern at Druck Ltd | Enthusiastic about all things engineering and design!
Good morning all, welcome back to another W&W Monday! 💎 Just a reminder if this is the first post you’ve seen in this series, every Monday I’ll be detailing one thing that I learned from the last week (a what), and one person who inspired, pushed or impressed me in the last week (a who). WHAT: 📝 Last week on my industrial placement at Druck, a Baker Hughes business I was given the opportunity to start work on a new project. As it was the first time that I was the independent, working engineer on the project, it was certainly a challenge to learn how to solve the initial problem scope, and create a plan of action 🪓. WHO: 👤 Throughout my industrial placement I’ve had the opportunity of working with Imogen Boult, one of our project managers. Throughout the year, we’ve been part of a team working on a particular design project, in which her skills in project management, engineering and problem solving have been key to us achieving the success we have done to date. That’s all for this week, hope you have a productive day and week ahead! 🙏🏻 #engineering #design #learning #productivity
Thank you for the shout out, Ben! It's been a pleasure to work with you over the year, I'm excited to see the groups hard work pay off : )
First of many independent projects! Thanks for sharing Ben
