Mixing It Up Over the 25 years I have been seriously into exercise i have found that not only does variety keeps things interesting, it brings an all round aspect to my fitness. Trying different types of exercises, classes, or sports has certainly prevented boredom and monotony. Experimenting with new activities can certainly reignite your enthusiasm for fitness. Personally i change my weightlifting (gym) program around every 8-10 weeks as it gets a little stale, and also adaptations on my body seem to decline. I have also recently taken up Bouldering which has added a whole new interest and perspective to my strength training? What can you do to mix up your current training or help you find a new interest in sport? #changeisgood #whatinspiresme #mylife #helpingothers #myexperience
