If your energy is low, how can you rest to optimize energy? Try restful things like a bath, a quiet walk, sitting or laying outside, being by yourself, or even just sitting there and allowing everything from the day to pass through you and out.
If your energy is higher, how can you rejuvenate to optimize that? Try fun things like dancing, socializing with loved ones, trying out a new hobby, a sport, anything that gets you moving.
High energy turns to low energy which then turns to high energy if you can manage it well.
