In the wake of all the country has experienced these past days, there have been various commentaries on the subject of leadership. It is as though we know what the issues are and the attending solutions, but we are incapacitated to solve them. However, our inability is not due to a lack of knowledge but to the unwillingness to hold ourselves (individually) accountable. Culture, at every level, is an offshoot of the primary values, ethos, philosophies, and beliefs that drive a people. We are the sum of our parts, after all. Should we take personal and adaptive leadership seriously, we would be able to build the capacity to create an environment that respects the dignity of persons and truly embraces diversity. We would also be able to access and grow our common wealth. ...thinking out loud. #adaptiveleadership #positivechange #leadership #leadershipdevelopment #leadershipexcellence

We must embrace the principle of integrity, which challenges us to do the right thing, even when no one is watching. At an era where recognition seems to drive actions, let's embrace the true essence of leadership. Let's not do things for applause or reward but because it's the right thing to do! Upholding our values can transform not only our careers but also the cultures of our organisations, fostering trust, respect, and genuine progress. #Integrity #Leadership #EthicalLeadership #ProfessionalEthics
