Benniman is set to deliver a speculative 233,555 sq ft multi let industrial development at Indurent Park Gloucester, a newly formed entity combining Industrials REIT and St. Modwen Logistics. Designed by Roberts Limbrick, the development is set for completion by the end of 2025 and will deliver 12 industrial units, ranging from 5,829 sq ft to 57,436 sq ft, all built to BREEAM Excellent. QUARRIES ROCKING ALONG - Saturday's Herald Sun https://bit.ly/4bJQ71Y recognised the critical role of Victorian quarries in producing more than 300 million tonnes of sand, rock & gravel to feed the state's infrastructure boom. Resources Minister Lily D’Ambrosio MP also referenced moves to support Victoria's Big Build, where "a new Resources Victoria Approvals Coordination unit has increased approvals for new quarries close to areas of demand." - including growth at Boral Montrose and Fulton Hogan Tynong. As 2024 draws to a close, Robert Mander reflects on another remarkable year leading KNg’s work at Yarrabilba. This year saw major milestones, including the commencement of the second connection to Waterford Tamborine Road, the delivery of 18.6 hectares of Mixed Industry and Business Area in Precinct 5, and continued progress on 331 residential lots in Precinct 4F, complete with key infrastructure like roads, parks, and water-sensitive urban design. One highlight was the design and documentation of Jimbillunga Drive (Town Centre East-West Road) and its intersection with Dollarbird Drive and Waterford Tamborine Road. This vital link will reduce traffic pressures and improve connectivity for the community. Looking to 2025, the focus shifts to delivering these critical infrastructure projects and progressing Yarrabilba’s newest address, Ridgeline, in Precinct 6. Excitingly, the team will also be transitioning to work with Stockland, marking a new chapter for the development. A big thank-you to the Yarrabilba Lendlease (now Stockland) and consultant team, Logan City Council, Logan Water and Economic Development Queensland for their ongoing collaboration this year.
