I would like to share the following open-source robotic project, for which I have been pleased to contribute with the development of a flexible on-board embedded device that controls multiple DC motors and performs precise rotation speed measurements by means of hall-effect quadrature encoders.
The data is then used to establish a closed-loop feedback control system that allows, for each motor, to define absolute rotation speed set-point values to be maintained.
The project is implemented using object-oriented-programming (OOP) and is structured following the event-driven paradigm.

In this project, I've set up a simple communication system where a publisher Node sends messages to a subscriber Node , showcasing the fundamental mechanics of ROS messaging .
