I always love discussing the future of Flex and workplace experience. Thank you to Helena Morgan at FM Media (Facility Management) for the feature. From traditional working environments solely focused on productivity, the workplace experience is evolving to prioritise aspects such as wellbeing, engagement and technology. When Helena asked me whether certain companies are concerned about the potential impact of transitioning to a flexible workspace on their teams' productivity, my immediate response was to focus instead on enhancing their employee engagement strategy, which is indispensable for driving increased productivity levels.
