Don’t you just love a day at the races! We certainly did. What’s not to love about the glamour, exhilaration, excitement and fun. But the most important thing - was the Oakmere Team being together. The values we uphold within Oakmere are as important as those we have for our clients. Maintaining enthusiasm, diligence, a positive attitude, care, and trust between us all, enables us to be team players and collectively strive for excellence in all we do. And at #ChesterRaces, we definitely had an excellent day! #oakmerewealthmanagement #wealthmanagement #lifeplanning #investmentplanning #teamday #empoweringpeople #investinginpeople #theoakmereway

As I prepared for our morning Huddle and the need for a morale booster, I decided to compare my very first weekly report with my most recent one. I am truly amazed at the progress we have made in just 4 months through teamwork and dedication. Farrington is known to be one of the most challenging properties in Atlanta. However, instead of being intimidated, we were motivated to excel and improve. Our achievements include: - Increasing our pre-lease numbers by 4%, now at an impressive 98%. - Improving our 30-Day trend by almost 5%, now over 95%. - Enhancing our 60-Day trend by nearly 6%, now over 95%. - Increasing our renewal turn by 11%. - Improving our make-ready turn by 15%. - Increasing our Tour to App ratio by 25%. - Most notably, decreasing delinquency by a remarkable 44%. These accomplishments, in light of the challenges we faced at Farrington, are truly remarkable. If teamwork were a property, it would be Farrington Midtown! The strength of each member is the team." - Phil Jackson #RangeWater RangeWater Real Estate #Farrington Angel Suber #FarringtonMidtown Travis Brown #RangeOn Shane Runfola #LivCor #BlackStone #OneBandOneSound #Team #Motivation #Improvement

Here's another #econdev national media hit tip: If your city is lucky enough like Rockford and my friend John Groh to get a stellar national print placement, you leverage the heck out of it to different media who aren't competitors. Broadcast segments and podcasts will use the national print media headlines as news and will want to speak to your local spokespeople about the reason WHY behind the ranking. So how do you elevate these stories? ⏩ Make sure you pitch quickly so the fervor doesn't die down ⏩ Dive into the process, not the product. Tell the reporters why and how the story came to be so you can share additional insight. ⏩ Be aware of which publications and outlets are friendlies so you don't run into issues with competition. ⏩ Collect b-roll, still photography and headshots to ensure you have additional content to provide ⏩ Continue to celebrate the story locally so residents and stakeholders see how much of an impact the headline had. John, it was such an honor working with you on this piece. Rockford has always had a special place in my heart and to see national headlines and stories cover what I've known about the city for a long time is seriously why I'm in this business. #economicdevelopment
ROCKFORD: Today Mayor Tom McNamara was live on Fox Business News with Liz Claman talking about Rockford's growth and turnaround in recent years. As Liz put it, "Forget about flipping homes; how about flipping an entire city?” Watch it: https://lnkd.in/gfK-DqZD #GoRockford
