We learn for us to Impact 🔥🔥🔥👍🏿 At GMC, providing mechanical knowledge to young interns is a key part of their development into skilled professionals. Hands-on training and mentorship offer interns valuable experience, preparing them for future roles in the industry. A common challenge is that some interns find it difficult to consistently wear their Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) but this does not stop us from continuously educating them on the importance of Working Safely...👍🏿🔥 This difficulty may arise from discomfort, lack of familiarity with the equipment, or underestimating the importance of safety protocols. To address this issue, the company places strong emphasis on educating interns about the importance of PPE in preventing workplace accidents. We work to instill a culture of safety, ensuring interns understand that wearing PPE is essential for their own protection and for maintaining a safe working environment for everyone. interns; Anthony Kweku Martens @Prince Appiah Kubi and Emmanuel Ammissah #workingSafely #Interns@work #HeavyDutyEquipment #GMC
