Did you know AI will replace every salesman in 5 years??? OK... maybe not in 5 years, but imagine a world where every phone interaction is done with machines. AI is great and I use it daily to help with various tasks but at some point, it will be major in sales. Actually, It already is major! You can use AI with automation in CRMS and follow up with your contacts, write emails, text clients, and many more ways. AI is getting so good it is going to be able to do cold calls or even hide accents on VAs. I train all of our sales reps on how to use AI effectively. From helping them with their calls and any objections they seem to be stuck on, to things as small as formatting emails and texts. The day of AI taking over sales completely is not today so I can rest easy for now, but I am aware my job may be in danger!!!! Would you buy something from an AI salesman? #AI #virtualstaffing #virtualassistant #sales #salesstrategies #salesscript #orlando #winterpark #realestate #crm #automations #staffing #staffingsolutions #delegreat #artificialintelligence #finance #Florida #negotation #VA #recruitment

obsessed with driving conversions · founder @ hachly ai · building inbound AI SDR that 8.2x website revenue · 1,25M+ users across 20+ projects
Would you hire me for $0.06 per hour? If yes, then consider hiring an AI agent I've been building for the last 6 months - an in-bound AI SDR that works 24/7 on your website & generates revenue while you sleep. Running a business is hard. Training a sales rep is hard. Hiring is hard. Hachly AI makes it easy. We focus only on inbound leads that browse your website and send them context-aware, hyper-personalised messages while they are on the website. This leads to an extreme amount of conversations -> up to 10x the number of leads. Sounds too good to be true, right? That's what I think. This is one of the reasons why I made it free to try. (completely free, no credit card, no installation fee, in 5 minutes you have your own AI Sales Agent). P.S. pricing varies based on the number of visitors, check website.

I help companies use AI to turn their content into on demand learning and performance support | Account Executive at Mindset AI 🚀
By 2030, the top sales teams will be 50% AI co-workers. I find myself not spending enough time selling, not because I don't want to, but because my days are spent writing emails, chasing replies, researching, prospecting, and keeping the CRM up to date. No sales rep enjoys these repetitive tasks, and our bosses would much rather have us closing deals. This issue could be resolved soon, and no, the answer isn't hiring cheap help or taking on more staff with all the hassle and risk that comes with it. The solution lies in AI agents. An AI agent is a digital co-worker who is always working and is designed to automate routine tasks, making our work more efficient. But how can it help? → Data interpretation: AI agents sift through large volumes of data, from customer interactions to market trends, identifying what influences sales outcomes. → Decision making: Utilising this data, they pinpoint which leads are most likely to convert, which products might appeal to specific clients, or the optimal time for outreach. → Action execution: They take on repetitive tasks, like drafting personalised emails, scheduling follow-ups, managing CRM updates, and even generating sales forecasts. A recent report by Sifted suggests that by 2030, all office workers will have their own AI assistants, customised for their specific roles. Sales will be among the first professions to adopt these agents, given our extensive record-keeping of communications and the numerous tasks that could be automated. The significant potential for a return on investment will undoubtedly attract executive teams.

Sales Operations is an underappreciated role. They’re often caught between a rock and a hard place, expected to generate valuable insights from poor and outdated data, and then seen as the “bad guy” when they ask sellers to input their information into the CRM. Sellers love it too… Kidding, they hate it, and I understand why. So how do we get out of this catch 22? Here’s the answer: 🤖 Automatic activity capture: Collective[i] grabs ALL selling team activity (yes, not just sellers, but lawyers, engineers, etc) and pops it right into your CRM. No more nagging your team to log their calls and emails! When a contact leaves and goes elsewhere, it used to be a problem. For many, it still is. But Collective[i] automatically updates that contact’s new information at the account level for you, thanks to the benefits of a neural network. So, for my Sales Operations folks: get the accurate data you need to do your job effectively. You’re too valuable to be bugging sales reps. Curious to learn more? AI is changing all kinds of workplaces… but it won't replace your telemarketing job. Here's why: Telemarketing relies on human traits like empathy, creativity, and complex problem-solving… All the skills that AI can't replicate… (yet?) Empathy allows telemarketers to build rapport and trust with customers. This is crucial for successful sales or booking meetings. Complex problem-solving is essential for handling different conversations. This is where AI might soon be able to replicate but still falls short. Also, AI cold calls are illegal due to compliance and privacy issues. So don’t worry about AI replacing your job… at least legally. Human telemarketers ensure legal and ethical standards are met, protecting both the company and customers. Instead of replacing jobs, AI tools enhance productivity by handling routine tasks and providing valuable data insights. This allows telemarketers to focus on high-value activities like building customer relationships and closing deals. AI can automate tasks such as data entry and scheduling, giving telemarketers more time to engage with clients. AI actually serves as a powerful assistant, powering the capabilities of telemarketers rather than replacing them. It streamlines workflows, offers insights, and supports telemarketers in delivering a more personalized customer experience. How do you see AI transforming your workday?

I'm not at all interested in an AI BDR. At all. The tech just isn't remotely there yet. And there's the question of if an AI BDR will ever be effective anyway. Now, very specific processes and pain points that are faced in sales every single day -- whether you are a 20-year sales rep or an early-stage founder doing 0 to 1 sales -- THAT is exciting. Think smarter and more efficient call summarization. Using AI to automate account research. Role-playing and gut-checking some of your assumptions about an account's industry. Things that 1. AI is already good at and 2. aren't inately and necessarily "human" in order to be effective. We would be way better off if sales tech were focused on those things than the false promise of an "always-on BDR AI agent."

Medicare Insurance Agents delivering products and services that are improving the lives of our senior community.
This week our Open AI assistant has now officially qualified and booked (9) new client appointments in our CRM to straight to our sales teams calendar. The AI will find a time and get the appointment booked. (No Humana Takeover until the Sales call) These were opportunities we would have missed in any normal day for various reasons. Guess how much the AI cost me to do that……?? (Including the cost to test the bot) $4 YUP that’s right $4 of usage! Because of this my Sales people will no longer have to chase leads and focus on meaningful conversations to help more people. The bad news is the Sale Reps will get spoiled! The great news is the Sales Reps will love you for it! 3 months ago I ALMOST paid 5k to set up a bot for for me while using a software that charges a few hundred a month with complicated workflows. Open AI Assistants came out and will destroy most of those companies. AI is moving sooooo fast so be sure NOT to pay annually for AI software.

AI that helps with specific, routine, time-consuming admin tasks for sales. Not an "AI-BDR." Not an "AI-generated email sequence" that will get 0.0001% reply rate (if that). Not an AI hiring manager. AI is flat out not good at these aspects of sales. And quite frankly, even if AI GOT good at these things, buyers would adjust. Give me an AI tool that automates account research and makes me a call prep sheet. Give me an AI tool that analyzes a call and puts together an email recap draft. Give me an AI tool that builds me an account plan. Give me an AI tool that shadows my call and reminds me to cover all agenda topics. Give me an AI tool for something that AI is actually good at, and that doesn't remove the necessary human element of sales. Stay tuned.
