This 4-story supportive housing development will soon help alleviate conditions for the at-risk population of West Oakland. In collaboration with Factory OS, ProSet Modular, and Stream Modular, the Phoenix boasts 101 modular housing units set in just 8 days - enhancing quality and safety while minimizing the job site workforce. Alongside the housing component, The Phoenix features a 7,300 SF communal building consisting of spacious family gathering areas, bike storage, utility rooms, and social service offices. Set for completion in 2025, Bernards is proud to remain one of California’s top general contractors at the forefront of modular construction.
