Our participants showcased their workshop results to Bertelsmann’s top executives before celebrating everyone’s spectacular achievements at the after show-party at Spindler & Klatt 🏆 As the sun set over Berlin, we kicked back, let loose and danced the night away 💃

I almost boarded a plane to prepare for HIMSS when a bug victoriously conquered me. So in the end I needed to stay home, hide in my bed, and follow HIMSS from afar.
Some years ago, I would have been really nervous. Not anymore. It shows that great teams make the biggest difference. Teams that have each other’s back. Teams that just know what they need to do and what good looks like.
I’m so proud of what the team achieved. Our presence there has been impressive and the experiences literally show-stopping, with audiences blocking the aisles. They overheard visitors discuss the Philips presence saying “Have you seen the Philips booth yet? It is amazing!”
It looks so easy, but creating successful experiences is hard. This has been years in the making. Learning, trusting, failing, improving, changing. Every show we are determined to do even better than before. And what worked 5 years ago, might not work today. But if you get it right, it is so rewarding. Even when you are not there to witness it in person.
It is great to see how live experiences can create such a strong platform to make memorable moments, bring strategy to life, and build a stage for executives and subject matter experts to inspire others. It touches upon so many aspects, and that’s why I love them.
