❓ Is too much weightage of #customer #survey scores in performance criteria of front-end employees blurring the truest picture to top leadership? ☑ I encountered a bizarre experience after getting my car serviced by a top dealer of a top car manufacturer. The service manager coerced me to provide a 10-feedback rating despite my unwillingness, citing his monetary loss & the hardship thereby. My choices were to save the service manager or convey honest feedback to the company. And, I, as probably most people would have done, opted to save the service manager. ☑ Upon checking, the manager revealed that he has to secure 10 ratings from all his customers to earn incentives. I can’t believe that the organization has designed such a (100%) achievement slab for a matrix for capturing customer feedback to drive #customer #delight. There must be a communication gap or an incentive design gap.
