Since our colleagues are our greatest asset, we're delighted when they stay with us for a long time. That's why we're very proud to highlight that just this month, we've celebrated a number of our colleagues long service with them!

One of earliest lessons we learned in developing the ONEderful platform is that the tool is only powerful if we first supply patients with the same level of care and attention they receive from their providers. We couldn't ask for a more passionate, charismatic, and thoughtful leader to helm the team that is wholly responsible for supporting patients as they navigate and select financing offers for their treatment on ONEderful. Cheers to many more, Cassie!
Celebrating 3 amazing years with Cassie R. 🎉 We are lucky to have you on the team!

🎉 GGTI loves celebrating our teammates and their contributions! For our January anniversary celebrants, we asked them which of our company’s core values they identify with most in the work they do. Check out what they had to say: -TEAMWORK: "Pretty much every task I've worked on has only succeeded because of teamwork." - Emily Bollen, Senior Systems Engineer, 16 years -RESPECT: "All of these core values are important, but I think the one that lays the foundation for the other three and that carries through the most in both work and personal life is 'respect.' I don’t really have a specific example but treating everyone with a baseline level of respect has never led me astray." - Thomas Stackhouse, Program Analyst, 7 years -RESPECT: “I treat everyone with respect. I was always taught that there is nothing beneath me when it comes to doing things and that includes work relationships. I value and respect people’s opinions and circumstances. When someone needs my help, I’ll be the first to say, 'How can I help you?' This is how I live my life, and this is how I work." - Ozzy Valdivieso, PMP, Director of Operations, 16 years

No matter what title I may hold, I will always stand by our front-line employees 🫡 You are truly invaluable, deeply appreciated, and absolutely deserving of recognition! Your commitment and heartfelt care make a real difference in the lives of so many. I know that you may not hear it as often as you should, but it’s vital to take a moment to express our love and respect for the work you do 🙌 A special shout-out goes to those in management who take the time to recognize individual contributions. 👏 Acknowledging hard work isn’t just a nice gesture; it's a crucial practice that fosters motivation and understanding within our teams 🤝 Let’s also remember the importance of paying it forward ⏭️. If you've felt gratitude in your professional journey, take a moment to pass that recognition along to others. Too often, those who have been acknowledged themselves may forget to extend that same appreciation to their colleagues or overlook the significance of recognizing others. I challenge each of you to reach out to a colleague or fellow staff member and share your appreciation for their efforts. A simple acknowledgment can brighten and strengthen someone's day. Let’s continue to uplift one another 🙏✨

As we wrap up the week, one thing stands out, and I'm incredibly grateful for it today: Team. Your team is everything. Be thankful for them. Take the time to let them know. And if you work for or with someone who doesn’t do this, quit and go find someone who will. You deserve to be a part of a great team. You can go very fast alone, and slowing down to define things and get everyone aligned is hard work. But it’s the work you have to do to go far. It may feel frustrating and slow, but it’s what builds legacies. It’s what allows you to pass on generational wealth and success. For those who know me, I like to go fast, so slowing down is hard. But I’ve learned that the journey is more rewarding when you go far together. Let’s build something lasting, something meaningful. Here's to the teams that make it all possible. It’s been a while since I’ve shared here, and taking a moment to reflect, I can see how pivotal moments have shaped my career. One stands out. For nearly 19 years, I worked side by side with a founder/CEO, scaling a company from a scrappy startup into a national success. At the core of everything we built were people, culture, and community—values that defined not just our growth, but my leadership style. As the company evolved, so did its priorities. While it continued to thrive, I found myself at a crossroads, questioning whether the new direction aligned with what had always driven me. After much reflection, I made the difficult decision to step away. Not because I wasn’t proud of what we built, but because I knew I needed to be in an environment where my leadership could have the greatest impact. Now, I’m looking ahead with excitement. I’m eager to bring my experience in scaling businesses, aligning teams, and driving strategy to a new opportunity—one that values innovation, collaboration, and purpose-driven leadership. If you’ve ever found yourself reassessing what truly motivates you, you know how defining these moments can be. For me, this is an exciting time to build something new with a team that shares my vision for growth, culture, and impact. Let’s connect. I’d love to hear what you’re working on and where we might align!

Receiving recognition at work! 🥰🥰🥰 It helps. Receiving recognition from family, friends and loved ones. It helps. Receiving recognition from colleagues, coworkers, former peers. It helps. Receiving recognition from random people from who knows where or what. It too, does help. Finding the time to give recognition when it can be so simple and effortless. Believe me. It’s appreciated. Always. Maybe it will take time for it to process, but most of the time, it will immediately help.

Four years equals: 🟰 2 countries, 2 offices 🟰 2.2 two teams (yes, a 20% counts..) 🟰 3 managers 🟰 1 promotion 🟰 14 offices visited 🟰 30 kudos received But most importantly, every additional year equals to: 🤩 more amazing Googlers to meet and work with 📈 more impact delivered 🎓 more more more things learned No big insights here. Onwards!
