More than proud that - after an extensive tender process - Fluvius chose Waldon to collaborate on wellbeing within their organisation. 🤝 We were very grateful to learn that they are fully convinced by our offering and approach.
Fluvius builds and manages the public utility lines in the street that bring electricity, natural gas, sewerage and heat to many homes in Flanders. Over the next 8 years, we will join forces with our long-time partner Springbok - health & wellbeing @ work and return the favor to their 6000 employees in terms of wellbeing. Let's go! 🚀

Today I had the great fortune of working alongside the phenomenal team at the Grove Park Foundation as they develop their strategy, vision and theory of change for the next phase of their work. The conversation was full and passionate.
For the last several months I have been serving as an Executive-In-Residence for Grove Park Foundation through the support of Purpose Built Communities. It is so rewarding to be able to support Gavin McGuire and his team as they position themselves for deep impact.

A common misconception about Southwest Ranches is that it is solely a rural and equestrian-friendly community. While it does offer a laid-back lifestyle and large acreage for homes, it's also home to some of the most luxurious properties around. Estates boasting up to 50,000sf under air are not uncommon, attracting high-profile individuals like professional athletes, entertainers, and CEOs.
Despite its rural charm, Southwest Ranches provides residents with top-notch amenities and a high-end lifestyle, all within a 20-minute reach. Take, for instance, the home of a professional triathlete featured in this video, with a pool designed for Olympic-level training using temperature sensors to simulate extreme outdoor conditions.
These family estates spare no expense, offering the perfect blend of lifestyle, privacy, and luxury. If you're seeking a true "family compound," Southwest Ranches could be the ideal choice. With a focus on the outdoors and animals, this community stands out as a unique haven. I have spent the past decade representing and selling some of these amazing estates. What separates the good from the great from the extraordinary?
It begins with who you’re surrounding yourself with.
Ask yourself…
First, who are you investing your time with?
Next, are you investing some of that time with just yourself?
Extraordinary results begin with extraordinary connections.
