The major pain points for #organizations willing to provide internship opportunities are; “I Don’t Have Time For Interns” and “What Do I Get In Return As An Organisation Or As A Business For Employing An Intern”.
Organizations or businesses pain points to a larger extent, have limited the access to internship opportunities for #students in #college / #university and recently #graduated students. Internship is a pathway for college/university students to fulfil the #coursework of #industrialtraining .
