SANITARY MIXER TACHOMETER + SENSOR FOR SPEED VALIDATION The majority of mixers used for batch blending processes, are supplied with digital speed controllers which allows you to customize the degree of mixing action in the tank.  Typically these controllers run from 6-60hertz, providing 10:1 turndown ratios (ie: mixer speed range of 17-175rpm).  This is also helpful during draw down to slow mixer down to avoid excessive splashing, and while mixing lower volumes.
