It is essential as educators to challenge ourselves and embrace change. When considering curriculum development, we must identify desirable endpoints to help navigate the critical tasks we must accomplish. With this in mind, what does an innovative curriculum mean to you? What should educators encompass to improve the learning paradigm in the classroom that can transform into the clinic? #innovativecurriculum #highereducation #physicaltherapyeducation #innovative #DPT #PhD #leadership

Just reposting in case you missed this. I've still got a few spaces left if you know anyone who is looking for some support with school improvement around curriculum development, teaching and learning or leadership development. #education #primarycurriculum #curriculumdevelopment #curriculumconsultancy #educationconsultant
I'm really excited to put this offer out to schools. If you know of anyone who is looking for someone to come in for a day of consultancy around wider curriculum development, subject leadership, leading teaching and learning or something else you'd like to work on, I'm offering the chance to have that for half price with me. There are only two catches: ●I can only offer this to five schools that I haven't worked with before, for one day each. ●This great offer only applies to days that are booked in and happen during this summer term. Other than that, it's simply a chance to work with me on an area that you want to focus on in your school at 50% of my normal fee! If you know someone who is interested, let them know to get in touch and we can have a discussion around whether they'd like to work with me. At the same time, it's also no problem if they don't, but it could just be the half an hour conversation that they need. If you are interested in the work I do around curriculum, feel free to get in touch. Always happy to chat! #education #primarycurriculum #curriculumdevelopment #curriculumconsultancy #educationconsultant

It's February and I am starting to see education posts about tutoring and interventions but I have a question... How is your tier 1 instruction? Tier 1 instruction is too often overlooked and schools are jumping to tier 2 and tier 3 interventions for TOO many students. Let's talk about your Tier 1 instruction. If you've adopted a high-quality curriculum that's great, you are on the right path, but did you create a plan for implementation? Are you and your leadership team observing and providing feedback? Are teachers using the grade-level materials or are they modifying the lessons? Tier 2 and Tier 3 interventions are best used when Tier 1 instruction is strong. #principals #instructionalcoaching #instructionalleadership

Empowering schools to build formidable teams with an ownership mindset | Global Parenting Coach | International Facilitator | Author | Wellness and lifestyle coach for peak productivity
Here are my top three guiding principles for this new term: 1. Learning across borders. Every member of staff, including myself must have at least one new learning. 2. Maximize students' learning outcomes. It’s not just about teaching the content but creating the right environment, setting clear goals, and using the best strategies to meet their unique needs. It is about preparing students for success both in and out of the classroom! 3. Actively partner with stakeholders, parents in particular. Ensure that every stakeholder understands that we are all on the same side - the side of the child. What are your top three must-do in the next few months? #educatorsmakingadifference #20daylinkedinchallengewithhaoma #thoughtleader #Linkedintopvoice #educationalleadership #education #leadership #educationalconsultant #newterm #focus #Teaching #StudentSuccess #LearningOutcomes

As school leaders, it is our responsibility to lead our teachers and staff in getting a better understanding of the curriculum. This is often accomplished by providing professional development for everyone. A collaborative environment where teachers can share insights and strategies is a crucial aspect of effective curriculum implementation. This is only achievable if there is a positive school culture that encourages open communication and collaboration. Providing access to relevant resources can help educators stay informed about the latest educational practices and content updates. Professional development should be viewed as an ongoing process rather than a one-time event. Ultimately, by actively engaging with professional growth, school leaders contribute not only to the mastery of the curriculum but also to the overall improvement of teaching quality within the school community. #support #curriculum
