I know I sound old when I am over here telling you to get good sleep, but how do you expect to ever feel good if you are not prioritizing your sleep? While there are things that are out of our control when it comes to quality sleep, there are also a number of things you can focus on. If your automatic reaction to hearing this is to go into defense and tell me all the reasons why you don’t have good sleep, take a pause. Stop, breathe, and consider tuning in for just one moment. Is there a whisper in you that knows there are things you could still improve on or alter, despite all the reasons why your sleep is so bad? Are there habits, behaviors, and practices that you could incorporate into a healthier sleep hygiene? I am certain that the answer is yes. So please, take matters into your own hand as much as you possibly can, and try to get good quality sleep.
