We care about performance because people's performance let's just like the performance of systems makes businesses operate in healthy ways or unhealthy ways. And it's our job to figure out well what's working and what's not. And so I think of people, I don't mean to say this in a. Negative way, but people are part of a system that makes organizations work. It's part of the overall operation. And so I do think that whether I'm working with a talent development professional or learning team or I'm working with a small business and operations, we're still looking at the same things. People and systems run businesses and the operation is really where we can get an indicator of we're doing the right things or not that roll up to the business goals of profitability, expense management and risk management.
