USICH is launching a new series of community spotlights on local encampment responses that are humanely and effectively helping people move off streets and into homes. Good Morning, live from Social Determinants of Health Policy Forum! Wow...Day 1 started with a food packing event sponsored by our friends at US Hunger! It was a small but mighty group packing meals to feed 15,000 people! Day 2 is starting with the Who's Who of Health Policy- The White House, HHS, CDC, CMS, State, County, and CBOs to discuss how to partner and coordinate on the newly released playbook on SDoH.

The White House and HHS, through the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, has announced the first ever U.S. Playbook to Address Social Determinants of Health.
