Happy Wellness Wednesday! As we set goals for the new year, let's not forget about our wellbeing. Have you decided which wellness pillar to focus on this year? Last night I listened to Alex Wisch and Natasha Bowman, JD, SPHR discussing Navigating Mental Health as a Highly Functional Professional. One thing that stood out for me was when Natasha Bowman, JD, SPHR mentioned, "the more you took care of my mental wellbeing, the more your earn." I'm paraphasing but what it meant to me is taking care of our wellness is just as important as that 2024 strategy we create for our businesses. Let's make sure we prioritize our wellness this year. It's not only good for us personally, but it can also positively impact our professional lives.
