We are pleased to announce that BEX Capital’s partners have completed a management buyout of the firm. Following the sad passing of our founder and friend Benjamin Revillon in 2023, the team was determined to honour his legacy and continue building BEX Capital’s global reach. As the first and only secondaries firm solely dedicated to the acquisition of positions in global private equity fund-of-funds, secondary funds and co-investment funds, we are proud to have maintained our independence. BEX Capital is now jointly and equally owned by its partners, providing a firm footing for future growth. BEX IV, the $765m fund we are currently investing, is committed to a point where we will soon turn our attention to capital-raising once more. We are grateful for the encouragement we have received from our investors and private equity colleagues and look forward to continue creating value for all our stakeholders while building a global and successful brand.
