Initiate conversations to ask pertinent questions and gain valuable insights. Demonstrate confidence and take a proactive approach when interacting with employers. After each discussion, take a moment to jot down notes and formulate a follow-up plan. This reflection period also provides an opportunity to gather your thoughts before approaching the next company. If you wish to follow up after the fair, request the employer’s contact information. Feel free to hand out your resume to multiple companies, as this may open doors to various opportunities.✨ Want help preparing for the Career Fair?
