Exciting news from the new office! As I settle into my space, I’ve been thinking a lot about creating a hospitality-driven environment—one where clients and team members alike feel welcomed and taken care of. No surprise given my background. I have been focusing on things like inviting furniture (better chairs for my conference table are in the plan), comfortable lighting vs the overhead fluorescents (thanks Stephanie Scheller for reminding me of this recently), and being able to offer beverages and snacks to my visitors. And guess who’s already the hardest-working “team member” here? My new multi-functional coffee brewer! If you know me, you know my absolute love for coffee. It's not just a morning ritual; it's how I stay focused, energized, and ready to tackle any challenge. Now, every cup brewed in the office is a reminder of the personalized service I want to extend to everyone who walks through our door. To me, hospitality isn’t just for the hotel industry—it's about making people feel valued, appreciated, and comfortable. Whether it's a cup of coffee or a seamless client experience, I believe the little touches make a big difference. So, next time you drop by for a strategy session, the coffee's on me! After an intense period moving in the new location, we’re ready to jump back into action! 🚀 From assembling new cabinets to a team-building session focused on curtain installation, and a few extra coffees to keep our energy up, we can now proudly say we’ve made this workspace our own.
