Procurement has evolved from selecting the lowest bidder among three quotes to a modern approach focused on strategy, technology, and collaboration. This emphasizes value, risk management, sustainability, and agility. Hospitality procurement can be an intriguing field for new university graduates for several reasons: Dynamic Industry: The hospitality industry is diverse and ever-changing, offering a wide range of opportunities for graduates to explore.
