🚀 Big News 🚀 I'm excited to announce that I’ve joined the product team at Common Room. I had a great time working at Demandbase, and there are too many people to thank, but it is time for my next adventure. Since I started working at companies that build GTM SaaS, I’ve seen the following problems come up every single time I've spoken with customers: Fragmented Data: Our team doesn't collect all the right signals and/or our data is silo'd, but we need it to make accurate predictions and glean useful insights. Contact-level Insights: Our reps generally know which accounts to focus on; their main problem is finding the right contacts to reach out to. Tool Fatigue: Our reps are jumping from tool to tool to reach out to a single person. We need a single spot for them to go from signal to action and be able to repeatedly execute selling actions that are proven to land. Common Room is dedicated to tackling these very issues (and is already killing it), and that's why I'm so excited about this opportunity. I'm looking forward to making a tangible impact on the industry with this team - stay tuned for updates. 🤓

I made a BIG decision: I resigned from my job! 🎉 This is a moment to be celebrated, and here's why: For the past year, I’ve been juggling posting on LinkedIn, filming YouTube videos, and organising London PMM meetups — all while working as a full-time Product Marketing Manager at a top strategic portfolio management company. And on top of that, I’ve also been building an online membership community for Product Marketers, launching January 2025! Seeing these different parts of my life thrive has been incredibly fulfilling, but it also made me realise: I ran myself into the ground. There was no work-life balance and I was suffering. I’m sharing this because I believe in being open and honest. We all struggle to balance ambition and self-care, and it’s not easy to admit when we need to remove things from our plates - but sometimes it’s necessary. So I made a promise to myself: ❌ No more stretching myself thin, and burning myself out. ✅ More purpose, connection, and what I love doing. So last week, I made the bold move to resign — not just to slow down, but to go all in on what excites me most… building the Product Marketers community! 6 years ago I lost everything in a bar shooting that took 12 lives. I was broke, left my then life partner, walked away from a thriving career in marketing and moved back in with my mom. What's crazy about this story is that the decision to keep going didn't feel like a decision at all - it was survival. But I'm grateful for the mind numbing trauma that created a husk for the bad times and gave tremendous value to the good times. Fast forward, this week, AdBeacon launched an optimization attribution model I conceptualized. Never did I think I'd be in the business of attribution, SaaS or media buying - let alone creating an optimization model for businesses to grow profitably. But here we are, happier than ever, eyes wide open, heart full. When you lose what feels like everything, you begin to reevaluate who you are and the person you want to become. I wanted to invest in people, great concepts and to take every opportunity at full speed. Win or lose - personal or in business. So when the opportunity of AdBeacon came, we took it. What do you have to lose when you've lost it "all" and survived? That's why my leadership style and approach isn't crippled by losing, but rather laser focused on what makes sense. Building a great product that I would lead my teams to use for maximum reward. It was a simple question and statement of: Attribution platforms shouldn't just be for reporting, what if we created an attribution model that made sense for optimization? That is easy to comprehend and had proof? What if we built it for the teams executing campaigns rather than the C-suite paying the bills? What if we just took the opportunity. Well, we launched the Lighthouse Attribution Model today. The fun begins where we put gasoline on proof of concept to the masses. This moment means more to me than a model, a platform or a post, this is a step back of deep gratitude and a symbol of what can happen if you just keep moving. It's a good day.

Thank you for supporting me on this journey. 🚀 Having a full-time job, being a mama, wife, and writing almost daily on LinkedIn over the last 3 months has been exhausting, rewarding, and exhilarating at the same time. In the last 3 months, I have... -Gained 600 new followers with top demographics as product managers, directors of product management, founders, and co-founders -My most popular post gained over 30,000 impressions -Developed a target audience -Wrote about my favorite topics: product management, social impact, real estate investing, leadership, and my work life -Created 2 staple content concepts: Product Management in Social Impact job list and the learning series. -Attended 2 in-person professional networking events -Engaged in 3 online LinkedIn events I have grown personally and professionally by giving back to my organization and helping others within the social sector. I am still exploring new content ideas and various customer segments. I'll dig in more by speaking with fellow PMs to help solve pain-points for product managers in the social sector. (This is my product discovery phase.) ⬇️ I'll be taking some time off to rest, relax, and spend time with my family. I'm excited to have a fresh perspective with new ideas when I'm back in action on LinkedIn in a couple of weeks!
