'What is the economic benefit of hiring more women in leadership roles within an organisation? In the impact space what is the bottom line, for making these hiring decisions? Why does this paucity in women leader role models continue to exist despite such elevated levels of exposure, introspection, and dissent? Why are hiring decisions for women in leadership positions still top down?' _________________________ It was a privilege to be invited to this closed door event and share space with 20 inspiring women leaders across sectors.
